Existing utilities:
- C++ sources (should be compiled using g++ rel 2.95) for
generating random genetic or raditaed hybrid datasets
following the underlying probabilistic model of CarthaGene:
- A perl script that
converts CarthaGene RH data into RHMAP format.
- A perl script that
converts to Carthagene format from a file saved from Excel. Your excel
file must already be in the Carthagene format (headers...). The script
will deal with tabulations, remove extra caracters and check that the
number of individuals and markers is Ok.
- A R script that
allows to use CarthaGene as a mapping server controlled from R (work under Unix/Linux).
